Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans
Tomo offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Plan details, including features and pricing, are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. Current pricing is available on our website.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the trial, you have access to the features of the selected plan at no charge. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
3. Billing and Payment
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee. Billing occurs at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged at the then-current subscription rate on your renewal date. We will provide advance notice of any price changes.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date and will not receive a refund for the current period.
6. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days at billing@withtomo.app.
7. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new rate takes effect immediately and will be prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate subscription access in accordance with our Terms of Service, including for non-payment, policy violations, or misuse of the Service.
If Tomo discontinues the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible and issue prorated refunds for any unused portion of prepaid annual subscriptions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Changes to Pricing
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
